The session titled “From 2% to Moving the Money: Driving Growth & Capital for Women Founders” analyzed the causes of persistent inequalities in access to funding—particularly for women founders—and the mechanisms operating within venture capital firms that influence such outcomes. Drawing on experience from Japan and Europe, he made a significant contribution to deepening reflection on the development directions of the entire system.
