The meeting took place at the charming Wedel caf\u00e9 in Warsaw, during which the main topic was the presentation of characteristic dishes of Polish cuisine. Together, they considered which Polish products would have a chance to succeed in the very demanding Japanese market and how to adapt Polish flavors to the expectations of Japanese consumers. The students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the aromas of Polish spices, of which they most appreciated marjoram and allspice.
