The discussion focused on promoting Japanese culture through culinary art and the possibilities of cooperation in organizing events popularizing Japanese traditions and contemporary gastronomy. There was also a tasting of dishes that made a tremendous impression. The sushi and other offerings from the head chef delighted with their quality, freshness, and perfectly balanced flavors.
