Radoslaw Tyszkiewicz, President of the Poland-Japan Foundation, participated in the 76th Berlin International Film Festival, where he promoted his latest film “Poles in Japan: Life, Passion, Success”. He also visited the Polish and Japanese booths at the European Film Market, one of the most important meeting places for the international film and media industry. He also participated in the JAPAN NIGHT 2026 event during Berlinale, organized at the Embassy of Japan in Berlin. President Tyszkiewicz had the opportunity to speak with directors of Japanese films invited to Berlinale, especially with Yoshitoshi Shinomiya, whose film “A New Dawn” had its world premiere in the main competition of Berlinale, where it was nominated for the Golden Bear. The festival provided an excellent opportunity to deepen cooperation and expand the circle of friends and partners from the film industry.
