107 people, including a group of students from Fukui University, watched our film “Emissaries of Polishness in Japan” during four screenings in Tsuruga. The storyline concerning the arrival of Polish Siberian orphans to this city was met with great interest from viewers and residents of Tsuruga. The film was shot, among other locations, at the Port of Humanity Museum in Tsuruga. R. Tyszkiewicz, President of the Foundation, in conversation with A. Nishikawa, Director of the Museum, expressed hope for the possibility of implementing further Polish-Japanese projects in Tsuruga and Fukui Prefecture. He also gave a statement to TV Fukui.
