The Poland-Japan Foundation has become an Honorary Partner of Lean TWI Summit 2026 – one of Poland’s largest conferences dedicated to organizational development in the areas of Lean Management, TWI, leadership, continuous improvement culture, and the use of new technologies and AI in management. This partnership underscores the strong substantive and cultural connection of the event with the Japanese origins of Lean Management and the philosophy of improvement derived from the Toyota Production System. Lean TWI Summit 2026 will take place on June 9–10, 2026, in Wrocław and will gather over 500 participants from Poland and abroad – leaders, managers, operations directors, HR professionals, and experts responsible for the development of people and processes in manufacturing and service organizations.
